SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is Resolution 02-31, which establishes a fee schedule for building permits.
The Uniform Building Code (UBC)
contained a fee schedule, which was adopted by reference when the City adopted the UBC. The International Building Code (IBC) does not contain, so a separate fee schedule must be adopted
by resolution.
Resolution 02-31 does not increase the building permit fees. It simply incorporates the former fee schedule from the UBC.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution
02-31 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
