SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The list of documents on Exhibit A was submitted to the Idaho State Historical Society in July 2002. They have given the City the authority to destroy records which do not have historical
significance. They have requested the City prepare other documents for them to pick up because they do have historical significance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt resolution
number 02-34 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
