A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE APPROVING THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CV1
PUBLIC SERVICES — RENTAL ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development
has issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) dated June 5, 2020, for the Community
Development Block Grant Coronavirus Response Round 1 (CDBG-CV1)funding; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee has made application for CDBG-CV1 funding to provide
Public Services — Rental Assistance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Town Council approves the Town of Truckee Community Development block Grant
CV1 Public Services— Rental Assistance Program Guidelines.
2. The Town Manager, or designee, is authorized and directed to execute any amendments
required to the Town of Truckee CDBG CV1 Public Services — Rental Assistance
Guidelines as may be required by the State of California, Department of Housing and
Community Development related to the CDBG CV1 Program funding.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Council Member Abrams, seconded by
Council Member Tirman, at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town Council, held on the
28' day of July, 2020, and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Abrams, Council Member Tirman, Council Member
Commendatore, Vice Mayor Klovstad, and Mayor Polivy.
NOES: none.
ABSENT: none. `
