I feel the emergency contact being 60 minutes away is onerous on the Bay Area residents using their truckee homes as appealing,
safe, rentals. I understand 24/7 phone access but needing to be 60 minutes away personally seems unnecessary. I am in complete
agreement with the remainder of the regulations especially limiting numbers of guests and quiet hours,thank you!!!
