2 night minimum is too short for STR's to be properly cleaned and sanitized per COVID guidelines. Some communities are requiring a
30 day rental. Renters have the option to come and go but it's theirs for the month. Also, bear boxes are useless if renters don't
know how to use them. Our neighbors rental has a bear that is able to open the bear box every week.Also, outdoor lights on all the
time are rude. Light curfew as well as noise.
