I only rent out a private spare bedroom for one night at a time,most frequently to a couple looking to go skiing and just want a homey place to sleep. I don't want them in my house for 2 full nights. I will pay your registration fee, I pay the town occupancy taxes, I pay airbnb a profit and then pay income taxes on it. We have all the fire safety(my husband is a FF). We have on site parking. We take care of the trash. We never rent our house out when we are not home.There is zero reason to have a two night minimum. Please reconsider this unnecessary rule.
