I don't agree with the minimum two night stay. There are plenty of reasons why a person or family might only need one night in a
STR-severe weather issues impacting travel out of the area or through the area, a quick business trip midweek for a meeting,etc.
plus the added benefit to not having a minimum stay is that those folks in the area that operate business that support cleaning and
property management are engaged more often and able to collect more funds. I also don't agree with the 2 person per room
occupancy limit. Some homes are equipped with lofts and extra bathrooms to purposefully accommodate more people than the
bedrooms allow. A small home doesn't mean one cannot reasonably accommodate a few more people. I think a better measure of
occupancy should be beds, square footage,etc. a hostel is one big room but is well equipped to handle many bunk beds...thank you
