I appreciate the efforts. I agree with the plan except for the occupancy limits. I own a STIR in the new village at Northstar. It is a 1200
sq two bed/Two bath condo.We sleep 7 easily with a king,two twins w a trundle and sleeper sofa in the living room. Many of these
2 berm condos sleep 8 with bunk beds in one room.The three bedrooms tend to sleep 10. Same is true is Old Greenwood fractional
and similar other high end locations. For example at Old Greenwood,the 4 bedroom units sleep 12 as they have a bunk room and
also an office that has a fold out bed.Also common are loft areas.These areas handle parking,trash,240 security etc and enforce
the occupancy specific to the unit. Please don't punish us and limit our ability to rent in the manner we do now including having 8
people in a two bedroom. I understand the intent of limiting occupancy,but 2 per bedroom and two extra is too small. Perhaps a
requirement is that all occupants must have a bed ? Finally feedback is that ski leases have the same problem with occupancy and
parking.Thank you for working on this!
