The unit above me(1 bed)and the unit next to me(2bed) pack there places. The HOA has rules over all no more than 8 guests.... but the VACASA listing for a one bed is max 8 ppl. Nobody follows that,on average it's 13 ppl in each unit. It gets so loud because these places are older and they throw cigarette butts over the balcony and party in our common areas.
