I think that 2 week minimum booking should be considered with no cancellation option mid stay.The short term rentals have
depleted long term rental inventory in Truckee and Tahoe. The result is a weakening employment base. Limiting the number of
guests allowed by bedroom count and or cars per unit is also needed to limit the volume of trash left behind.As a town we need to
focus on the rapidly deteriorating quality of life in Truckee,and stop chasing the money as the primary focal point.
