DEFINITIONS 13203. HOTEL A hotel is any structure or portion of a structure that is occupied by,or intended or designed for occupancy by, transients for dwelling,lodging,or sleeping purposes. It includes any hotel, inn,tourist home or house,motel,studio hotel, bachelor hotel,lodging house, rooming house,apartment house,dormitory, public or private club, mobilehome or house trailer at a fixed location,or other similar structure or portion thereof.Therefore these HOTELS violate town code ordinances of where Hotels can be legally operated in non-commercial and residential zoned neighborhoods.
