look at what mammoth lakes does with their transient occupancy tax. any rental under 30 days has to pay it(air bnb, hotels, etc) it
goes to the town's general fund. more people here=more service needed (trash,snow removal, infrastructure,etc)they also have an
existing code&guidelines for short term rentals that might help truckee figure this mess out.
