Name Vince Liotta 589 Email vliotta@comcast.net Phone (optional) Public Comment We are the original owners of our STIR property on Springbrook Place since we had it built in 1984.We have gone through several remodels, paid lots of property tax and Occupancy taxes to the County and City,and have enjoyed many great times with our family as we use our place 3 to 5 weeks each year.We can live with just about all of these regulations, but one would be very tough and seems unrealistically harsh on STIR owners. Having someone who lives an hour away who is available by phone 24 hours per day. This seems like an attempt to force individual owners to rent their homes through a property management company.We have managed our own property the entire 36 years we have owned it.We cannot afford to pay someone else to do what we enjoy and do very well. How about a modification that requires either someone within an hour of the property,"or"the owner(we live 3 hours away)to be available 24 hours per day for any and all complaints and questions. We are available 24 hours a day now and have been for as long as we rent it. Periodically we get calls in the middle of the night,and normally can solve issues over the phone.
