I am fine with your changes but would rather let STR's have a 1 night minimum. I'm also fine with the TOT being raised to 12%. 1
would like to get rid of the T-BID. For one,we don't need to attract any more tourists.#2, because we have T-BID,each home owner
needs to collect both T-BID and TOT from their guests which makes it a hassle plus I think much of the time the guest gets away
without paying it. If there were ONLY TOT,it could automatically be collected and dispersed to the town by Airbnb. Think of it, if you
have a rental,do you want to ask each guest to leave you a check for TOT&TBID,then calculate it all and then pay the town?Where
would you tell your guests that they need to ay this?We can't add it to the Airbnb bill because of the T Bid.Just make the TOT more
and everyones lives will be easier and you can collect more tax.
