the extent to put in these new ordinances I was with a few others who have houses that do not rent either on
this block today. We walked by Emily's house. She has old pipes old construction materials and old rotting
dish towels on a rope. Looks like a hoarders house. I hope the town is aware there is always one person who is
just not happy and wants to change the whole block because she doesn't like her neighbor. I believe she and her
neighbor should work their problems out and not to do anything to effect everybody else in the block renting
their places out respectfully. Having people list number of people renting license numbers if there is a dog
proof vaccination. What is this Nazi Germany? Again this is coming from me who doesn't rent my house out
and have owned it and for 17 years know how the neighborhood is a delight to live in. James Portman 15024
