Local Contact Person puts an undue burden for STIR. At a time of COVID everything can be handled via ZOOM or camera. Lot of
people live more than 1 hour e.g. Sacramento or Bay Area. Requiring a local contact for STRs but not LTRs seems to be an
unnecessary burden.
