As an extension of my previous submission 30 seconds ago, perhaps one of the biggest reasons that I cannot support this
discriminatory ordinance is that it does not accomplish what it sets out to accomplish. In my view as a **non-Short term rental
owner** Truckee has,to date, a reasonable approach to STRs. If the town would simply enforce current regulations for all users of
Truckee's resources, and local HOAs enforce the current regulations for their communities then this would solve 99%of the issues
that people are scapegoating STRs for.
