In Tahoe Donner they are out of control. The rules are set with no enforcement. That will be the issue. Enforcement and screening. Weekends up here see 6-8 cars in front of STR's . This is our HOME and has been 30 years. The rentals have taken the neighborhood feel away.You never know who the neighbor will be.
