I understand the desire of homeowners to rent their properties to subsidize costs. However, I built my home in a residential development not a commercial/hotel area.The prolific growth of STR's has changed our environment into a hotel environment. TD is not zoned for hotels as far as I know. I am in favor of reasonable opportunities to occasionally rent your home but not to the extent it is now. We are a neighborhood not a resort.
