Specifically, it is important* to NOT allow STIR parking on the street* to enforce at least a 2 night minimum *to require a registration fee for STR's in order to fund the compliance program *to NOT allow more than 2 additional people outside of bedrooms(tahoe donner allows 4) In short, property owners who are running STR's have a responsibility to limit nuisance,traffic, parking, and other impact. The town proposed STIR rules are better than Tahoe Donner's.
