Unregulated,they damage the community, increase fire danger and can create unwholesome environments in family neighborhoods. Their absolute and relative number should be controlled to preserve the quality of our full time community. Additionally, lack of control dramatically exacerbates our serious housing shortage for those that want both work and live here. Further, property owner should be severely fined for any violations of rules or regulations. Property owners should be fully liable.
