Late night parties on weekends, random fireworks being lit,and off leash dogs wondering and leaving their waste behind on our streets is unfair to homeowners who live full time or part time. Please adopt rules and guidelines for tax paying law abiding citizens to have recourse to unruly outsiders who might over indulge while enjoying the area.
