I am glad to see the town of Truckee bringing some clarity and formal structure to rules affecting STR's. My only comment would be
that their needs to be a 24 hour access to report violations.Too often loud parting and illegal parking happens in the late night or
early morning hours. I have had this happen in Tahoe Donner and no one answered our phone messages.
