As full time residents and proprietors of a small B& B,we are fully supportive of the proposed measure.These measures will protect
the quality of life for residents,as well as promote a quality experience for visitors.With STRs around our home/business,we
continually have to tell the STIR renters about fire safety,and request nighttime noise courtesy.Would recommend clarification of
the 24 hours availability for contact person-to be available within 60 minutes by phone and on site within 60 minutes after phone
contact.We would like to see clarification of the"Stricter" noise regulation for the 7pm to 10pm time frame. If possible,we would
like to see a regulation requiring STIR visitors with pets require to have them on leash (or at least confined to the STIR property)and
be required to pick up after them. Include in the posted information per 5.02.050 Section D-the fire pit and charcoal BBQ restriction
should be added.Section 5.02.040 Section D refers to stricter noise hours from 10pm-to 7pm-not sure if this is the overnight 10pm
to 7am or the"Stricter 7pm to 10pm time frame. (may just be a typo)Thank you for the opportunity to provide our input as we want
everyone to enjoy our town in a safe and clean atmosphere.
