i applaud the towns efforts for all of these regulations being considered and think this is the first step to the change we desperately
need.the enforcement piece will still need to be addressed however. u can mandate anything u want but without fines for those
who don't follow the rules,the rules mean nothing.we need infractions to be documented and we need consequences of heavy
fines in order to get people to follow these ordinances.we need more compliance officers or enforcement jobs that allow tickets to
be cited,maybe start with a warning ticket that is documented and then on the second ticket,it is a fine-much like traffic or parking
tickets. if the police need to be called,there should be a heavy fine attached.same with trash issues. placer county already has a lot
of these proposed regulations but they still have all the same problems be there is no enforcement to change the bad behaviors. a
tsk tsk isn't enough for visitors or owners,they should both be fined! on a separate note, i also believe the 4 per bedroom rule is
absurd and causing the overcrowding of houses and neighborhoods and should be changed to 2 per bedroom.thank you again for
