Name Carol Lindsay Email calrngrl@gmail.com Phone (optional) Public Comment As a local resident for 34 years I strongly support the draft Truckee ordinance,which addresses many of the problems we have been experiencing with STR's.The noise, occupancy and parking limits are critical and reasonable,and the response requirement and enforcement provisions are crucial since many STIR operators are out of towners or may not care,about the nuisances caused by their hotels. Only the owners have the ability to screen and ensure that the renters know and follow the rules.
