One area I'd like to object to or seek clarifying language is the outdoor firepit entry. I have a natural gas outdoor firepit that is plumbed into the home's gas line. It is not removable,and it also puts out a fairly controlled—6"flame that is 15+feet of hardscape away from any forest material.As such, I do not believe it is a high danger appliance. I think the firepit entry should specify no wood or charcoal burning portable firepits, or some such.
