Sorry, a couple more thoughts: -First,thank you for taking this up. I have a home that we sometimes rent out as an STIR,and while
we've mostly had good experiences, I do NOT want Truckee to turn into South Lake where it becomes a crazy party scene. I like that
Truckee is quiet and relaxing. -After reading a lot of the comments-some people had good points that the single night clause might
be unjust in that it might penalize families who can only come up for a single night for skiing. I think the main problem we're trying
to solve for is the college kids from Reno or the groups that come from the Bay(I come from the Bay FWIW)that come up for a night
of big partying in a neighborhood, and maybe the proposed regulation already addresses that via the noise, parking, 10pm curfew
and#of people in a room stipulations,vs needing an add'I 2 night minimum? Best,—j
