No rentals should commence until a fire inspection is complete. b. Confirm the home is equipped with working and adequate smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors c. Make sure all bedrooms have windows/escape route d. Defensible space checked annually e. Paid for by owner 2) Bear Boxes No rentals should commence until a bear box is installed a.
