I support the proposed ordinance. In 5.02.040 Item B. I am not seeing a channel for neighbors to inform owners or or the 'local
contact person'for violations.Also, it seems that the ordinance and permit program must have a correlating Town of Truckee
division to be put in place for enforcement.Regs related to current CA/Truckee animal control (leashed dogs) should also be required
to be posted in the STIR rental policy information.Also,garbage cans(if used vs bear boxes)should be put away w/i 24 hours of
collection not left on street all the time. I suggest that be included as well.
