I feel that the STRs ruin the quality of life and my enjoyment of Tahoe Donner/Truckee due the excessive traffic, noise and garbage they create.The ordinance is very similar to the one for Tahoe Donner HOA but I feel that the Town's ordinance would have more teeth regarding enforcement. If I wanted to live next to a motel/hotel I would have purchased a home in a commercial area.
