Our bear problems only increase as people who either don't know better or don't care leave garbage where animals can access it. Fire safety can not be stressed enough. Property owners and property managers must stay current on changing restrictions such as today with red flag warnings.Violators need to face meaningful consequences for non compliance both for the renters and the Owners/managers.
