THOUGHT I WOULD SHOW YOU A FAULT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE RENTALS. OWNERS NEED TO CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR DAMAGES THEIR RENTERS CAN INCURE. THIS HOME DURING COVID HAD CONTINUAL CHANGING GUEST EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY SHOULD HAVE THE SAME COVARIANCE AS THE LOCAL HOTELS. AIRBNB'S RESPONSE IS A JOKE. PAT SETTER Again tonight, a red flag warning day. Like I mentioned, I don't like to be a snitch. Calling 911 and bothering the fire departments is a waste of their resources. But this concerns me. I fault AirBnB and the owners who subscribe. Has AirBnB made a presentation to the Town Council why they're organization is a healthy attribute to our comunity. They should have something on the line like liability insurance. I know there are other rental web sites doing the same. Normally the rental sites who are invested in the community care about the community. The owner must know this is wrong. I will be the bad guy and get in a fight with the next door neighbor (again he does not live there so I will need to locate him). but this needs to be addressed at a higher level. Last year kids at another rental home were using a fire pit and stoking it with pine needles. Huge flames. It scares us and we feel it needs to be a mandate with penalties. Address is 13611 Olympic. Note that this bbq was up against the railing on Saturday when they were using as a fire pit with wood. I complained to Airbnb. Owner shows up for his 20 min cleaning on Sunday haha and the bbq is moved and still used after Airbnb was alerted. So I guess moving the bbq was the Airbnb complaint follow up.
