SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed an application for a conditional use permit to allow an RV park on a parcel of land between Mission
Street and the Payette River, north of Riverside Park. The P&Z has also reviewed a request for zoning designation upon annexation (ZON–01–3) and approval of a planned unit development
(PUD–01–1). The City Council held a public hearing on the zoning designation and is scheduled to take further action on January 24. The PUD has been ‘approved in principle’ and a General
Development Plan is now being prepared for further P&Z review and action.
The complete record of the P&Z’s consideration of the zoning application was included in the January 10 Council
packet and is available for review in the City Hall. Attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and approving the
requested conditional use permit.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and conditionally approve CUP–01–6.
