CALL TO ORDER
The July 16, 2010, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:03 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Griffith, *Harvey (arrived at 12:10 P.M.), Koon, Medin, Penfold,
Pope, and Struemph
Absent: Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr explained the procedure for electing a new City Council member at
Monday night's meeting. Discussion was held regarding the election.
Mayor John Landwehr asked that Finance Director Steve Schlueter make available a copy
of the City audit by this afternoon to anyone that wishes to view it.
*Councilman Mike Harvey arrived at this point in the meeting (12:10 P.M.)
2010 -34 (programmatic agreements for MSP site) - Since City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus
is not present at today's meeting, Mayor Landwehr asked that Mr. Nickolaus let the Council
know if the agreements are final before the Council takes up the issue Monday night.
2010 -40 (Sewer Revenue Bonds) - Councilman Jim Penfold stated the sponsorship on the
agenda should be corrected as both and Councilman Koon would be willing to co- sponsor
it.
