SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City received
grant funds to replace the docks at Art Roberts Park. The RFP resulted in two responses; Goul Construction Company $89,977 and Inland Marine $96,413. The Staff reviewed the bids and
conducted checks on previous work done by Goul and recommends award of the contract to Goul Construction.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the award of the contract with Goul Construction
Company and authorize the Mayor to sign. Authorize the City Manager to sign the notice to proceed when appropriate.
