As permitted by Executive Order N-29-20, proclaiming a State of Emergency in the State of California, the
February 1 and 2, 2021 Town of Truckee Council meeting room will not be accessible to the public.
The meeting is accessible for public viewing via Zoom at:

comment will be accepted via email at truckee(a-)townoftruckee.com until one hour prior to the start of the
meeting and text or voice message at (530) 428-6555 on any item on the agenda until the Mayor closes
public comment on each item. Council will receive all public comment however, only voice messages will
be heard during the meeting. Please note this voice message does cut off all callers after three minutes. It
important when you leave audio comments to identify yourself and what item number to which you are
speaking.
1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Klovstad called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. Monday,
February 1, 2021.
2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Zabriskie, Romack, Polivy, Vice Mayor Henderson, and
Mayor Klovstad.
Staff Present: Kim Szczurek, Administrative Services Director; Denyelle Nishimori,
Community Development Director; Andy Morris, Town Attorney; Dan Wilkins, Public
Works Director/Town Engineer; Jen Callaway, Town Manager; Randall Billingsley, Chief
of Police; and Judy Price, Communications Director, Town Clerk.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT— none.
5. WORKSHOP ITEM
5.1 Team Building for Council and Town Staff to improve working relationships,
discuss the decision making process, and set Town priorities for the coming year.
