SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Bob Hunt has submitted a request for reimbursement of costs incurred for the water and sewer improvements
along Third Street, associated with the Holiday Inn Express and Pancake House. To-date, $41,297.86 (25%) of the estimated $160,129 has been completed. Mr. Hunt is requesting reimbursement
of $23,776 for the water improvements and $2,521.86 for the sewer improvements.
A request has been submitted to the Idaho Dept. of Commerce (IDOC) for a drawdown of $2,521.86 from the
Gem Community Implementation Grant.
The balance of the City’s commitment will be $35,718. The balance of the Gem Community Implementation Grant will be $47,478.14.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Approve Reimbursement Request 1 from Bob Hunt and authorize payment of $23,776 from the water fund and $2,521.86 from the IDOC.
