SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City of McCall appoints two positions
to the VALUED board of directors. The City appointed Curt Spaulding as Chair of the McCall/VALUED Community Action Committee. The City appointed Robert Strope to the board for the
oversight of the Department of Commerce funded economic development position that John Blaye currently holds (UPRED). That board intends to propose to VALUED that the two entities combine
efforts, and use the current 501 tax exempt status of VALUED to facilitate economic development. To streamline the effort, the intent is to appoint the members of the UPRED board to
VALUED.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Appoint Robert Strope and Curt Spaulding to the VALUED board of directors.
