SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff has reviewed the
current fees. Attached are the fees that staff is recommending Council adopt. The recommended fees will require a public hearing.
McCall City Code currently sets right of way permit
fees by ordinance and requires applications to be made to the City Clerk. The changes to the ordinance will allow Council to set the fees by resolution and the application to be submitted
directly to the Director of Public Works.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. 753. Adopt Ordinance 753.

and authorize the Mayor to sign.
