SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff published the
business license fees in the last 2 additions of the Star News. No written comments have been received concerning the increase in fees. Staff is recommending Council adopt Ordinance
No. 763 and Resolution 02-10 in order to change the fees to $10 annually as recommended.
The Fire Department and Police Department have both been provided with an updated list of all
businesses within the City which are licensed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only Ordinance No. 763. Adopt Ordinance No. 763 and authorize
the Mayor to sign.
Adopt Resolution 02-10 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
