MMARY STATEMENT:
The items required to complete the vacation of Herrick Street have been completed. Ordinance 764, and the attached easements and quit claim deed, implement the vacation.
Additionally, easements are provided to the utility companies.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. 764. Adopt Ordinance 764.
Authorize
the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
