SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City Manager has completed his second
year with the City of McCall. Attached are the performance standards agreed upon by the Council and City Manager last November with a status for each item. The City Manager is eligible
for a merit increase of up to 1.9%. Also attached are evaluation forms for use by the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Evaluate the City Manager’s performance and approve a merit
increase of ______%.
