SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In an effort to complete projects in a timely fashion, staff has drafted a resolution which would give the City Manager the authority to approve
change orders up to $25,000. The City Manager would be required prepare a document stating that he approved any change order(s) and the amount(s), if any, of such change order.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Adopt Resolution 02-12 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
