SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The lease with Inland Marine Construction expired on
December 31, 2001.
A new lease has been drafted beginning January 1, 2002 (attached). The only changes made were to include an automatic annual renewal with a non-appropriations clause
and an automatic cost of living increase to be computed annually on the 1st of January.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease with Inland Marine Construction, Inc. and authorize
the Mayor to sign.
