CALL TO ORDER
The July 30, 2010, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Koon, Penfold, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Griffith, Harvey, Medin, Pope, and Struemph
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Jim Penfold stated that there may be a citizen who wishes to make a
presentation regarding Bill 2010 -49 on Monday night.
2010 -31 (vacation near MSP site) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated this bill is
ready to be voted on Monday night.
Resolutions RS2010 -20 and RS2010 -21 (sidewalks) - Discussion was held on these two.
Councilman Jim Penfold stated he would be willing to table these on Monday night to allow
more discussion on them.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:25 P.M.
