SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance 765, attached, changes the membership requirements for the Planning & Zoning Commission to require that impact area residents have proportional
representation. This Ordinance brings the City into compliance with Idaho Code 67-6526(g).
The Ordinance also eliminates references to the Impact Area P&Z.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. 765.
Adopt Ordinance 765 and authorize the mayor to sign..
