SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This house was purchased by the City for the Pine-Wooley project. We would like to either sell it to be moved or tear it down. We think that it contains
asbestos shingles and we may have to deal with removal and disposal of the shingles.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 02-17 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
