Any single- family residence in excess of three bedrooms will be assessed an additional 0.33 DUE per bedroom in excess of three bedrooms. Note 2: Multifamily units are any attached units (including duplex). In addition, a secondary dwelling with a floor area of 850 square feet or less shall be considered a multifamily residence for the purpose of this Ordinance.
