CREATING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE FOR 128 EMERSON
STREET, 15 HOLLY STREET AND 33 LIBERTY STREET
WHEREAS, Daniel O'Rourke of 127 Emerson Street, Demko Seniuk of 15 Holly
Street and Robert J. Finn, Sr. of 33 Liberty Street have requested Handicapped
Parking Spaces; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety
Bureau for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no
objection to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking
Spaces shall be designated:
128 EMERSON STREET
DANIEL O'ROURKE
15 HOLLY STREET
DEMKO SENIUK
33 LIBERTY STREET
ROBERT J. FINN, SR.
Adopted this 25th day of August, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the original
on August 26th, 2005.
